The 46th annual Columbus Oktoberfest will be held Sept. 23 to 25 at the Ohio Expo Center and State Fairgrounds, 717 E. 17th Ave. off Interstate 71. The event is free, but parking is $8. Hours are 5 to 11 p.m. Friday, noon to 11 p.m. Saturday and noon to 8 p.m. Sunday.
